With reference to the Applicable Regulations we inform you that the Data Controller is 3x1010 whose data are shown on the website on the Home Page and/or on other web pages of the same.

 

"Personal Data" means any information concerning an identified or identifiable natural person with particular reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more characteristic elements of its physical identity , physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social.
The Personal Data collected by the Site are as follows:

  a. Navigation data
The computer systems of the Site collect some Personal Data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with you, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow you to identify yourself.   b. Data provided voluntarily
Through the Website, 3x1010 only your e-mail address is collected to send you the Football GIF that you may have created and to keep you updated, through a newsletter service, on the news of our Pixel game Manager Football.
At any time you can view your Personal Data collected (the E-mail) in your private area, from which, if you want, you will have the right to revoke consent to use your e-mail for the newsletter service.

The Personal Data you provide through the Website will be processed by 3x1010 for the following purposes:

a. purposes related to the execution of a contract of which you are a part or to the execution of pre-contractual measures taken on your request (eg: sending the Football GIf, registration to the newsletter service and any future login in the game, etc.);

b. purposes of statistical research / analysis of aggregated or anonymous data, without the possibility of identifying the user, aimed at measuring the functioning of the Website, measuring traffic and evaluating usability and interest;
c. purposes related to the fulfillment of a legal obligation to which 3x1010 is subject;

d. the purposes necessary to establish, exercise or defend a right in court or whenever the courts exercise their judicial functions.

The legal basis of the processing of Personal Data for the purposes referred to in point a) is the provision of a service or the reply to a request that does not require consent under the Applicable Regulations.

The purpose referred to in point b) does not involve the processing of Personal Data, while the purpose referred to in point d) represents a legitimate processing of Personal Data pursuant to the Applicable Regulations as, once the Personal Data has been provided, the processing is indeed necessary to fulfill a legal obligation to which 3x1010 is subject.

The provision of your Personal Data for the purposes listed above is optional, but their failure to provide it could make it impossible to find your request or fulfill a legal obligation to which 3x1010 is subject.
 

a. Tools and Logics. In relation to the aforementioned purposes, the processing is done by manual, computerized and telematic tools with logic strictly related to the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data and with the commitment on your part to inform us promptly possible corrections, modifications and updates. Said processing may be carried out on behalf of the Data Controller for the purposes and with the methods described above and in compliance with criteria suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality, by companies, studios, bodies and external collaborators appointed as Managers and only as regards the treatments made by them.

b. Particular categories of data. None of your Personal Data at the Data Controller is attributable to the definition of "particular categories of data" of art. 9 of the 2016/679 EU Regulation. In the event that we have transmitted data of this kind, in the absence of your explicit written consent, we will delete them immediately.

 

Your Personal Information may be shared, for the purposes specified below, with:
